The 7th Cuba-Brazil meeting for bilateral relations concluded in this capital with positive prospects for the development of trade-economic ties, official sources reported today.
The meeting, chaired by Cuban Foreign Trade Minister (MINCEX) Rodrigo Malmierca and Brazilian Development, Industry and Trade Minister Fernando Pimentel, addressed issues of collaboration and cooperation between the two countries, said Ruben Ramos, member of the island’s delegation.
Both ministers discussed several issues related to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and iron and steel industries, renewable energy, food production, information technology, and tourism, among others, stated Ramos, Latin American and Caribbean director at the MINCEX.
